Job descriptions

• Oversee new hires’ on-job-training, cross training, and refresher training, including job- process certifications and student placements.
• To be hands-on in organizing training modules, training manuals, training videos, and other learning tools according to the needs and requirements.
• Conducting training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps that need addressing
• Developing and managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office (word, excel & power point)
• Good communication skills with a positive learning attitude
• Job Type: Internship
• Contract length: 6 months
