Membership & Operations Executive

Singapore | Full-time

Pay: SGD 500 to 1,000 per month (base + performance incentives)

ABOUT US

Khao Noi Gym is a Muay Thai gym built on real community, not corporate fluff. We train hard, keep it authentic, and look after our members like family. We are growing and need a sharp, reliable person to run the membership and operations side so our team can focus on coaching and growth.

THE ROLE

This is a right-hand operations role. You will be the first point of contact for people reaching out to the gym, and you will keep the day-to-day admin running smoothly. It comes with a lot of flexibility. Most of the work is done on your own schedule, as long as enquiries are answered fast and deadlines are met.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Respond to incoming WhatsApp enquiries quickly and professionally (target: reply within 10 minutes during coverage hours)
• Handle membership admin: sign-ups, renewals, member questions and follow-ups
• Support general gym operations and backend admin (scheduling, records, reconciliation)
• Be present at the gym during evening class hours to support members and the team
• Keep things organised and flag issues before they become problems

SCHEDULE (THE FLEXIBLE PART)

• On-site: Monday to Thursday, 5:30pm to 10:00pm (evening classes)
• WhatsApp coverage window: 10:00am to 10:00pm. Fast replies in this window earn your speed bonus
• Everything else: own time, own target. Admin work is done at your own pace, to deadlines

PAY: BASE + PERFORMANCE

• Base salary: a guaranteed monthly base
• Speed bonus: for hitting the fast-reply target on WhatsApp enquiries
• Reliability bonus: for admin done on time with no errors
• Conversion commission: for every new membership you help close

The base is guaranteed and the incentives reward hustle. Strong months earn more.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fast, clear communicator who is comfortable living on WhatsApp
• Organised and dependable, and you follow through without being chased
• Comfortable with admin, spreadsheets and simple systems
• Customer-service mindset: friendly, professional, patient
• Interest in fitness or Muay Thai is a plus (not required)
