Join a government digitalisation initiative building software that serves the people of Singapore. Working within an agile development team, you'll provide L2/L3 code-level support for an internal product, ensuring the reliability, stability, and uptime of the systems that power essential public services.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyse production and non-production environments, driving data-based strategies for continuous performance improvement — working closely with application teams, solution architects, and security consultants
• Manage application and security incidents end-to-end: problem determination, cross-team/vendor coordination, SLA adherence, and escalation reporting when needed
• Develop and maintain operations documentation and process guides, ensuring audit compliance
• Track and report on day-to-day operations, presenting findings to stakeholders and management
• Manage an operations team (staff + vendors), ensuring 24/7 support coverage

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proven experience as an Operations Engineer or similar in an IT environment
• Experience with ITSM tools (Remedy, Zendesk, ServiceDesk) for change/incident management workflows
• Experience implementing security and access controls for test/production environments
• Full-stack monitoring experience (APM tools); familiarity with cloud-native monitoring (CloudWatch, Stackdriver) or the OpenAPM stack a plus
• Process automation experience; scripting/IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible preferred
• Solid grounding in Agile, DevOps pipelines, TDD, and infosec practices
• Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; certification a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills — able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
• Bonus: Sitecore XM Cloud Developer or Sitecore OrderCloud certification
