Personal Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director with daily business and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s daily schedules, appointments, and reminders to optimize time and priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, business arrangements, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with WhatsApp messages, emails, and general correspondence to maintain clear communication
  • Prepare documents, reports, and simple presentations to support business needs
  • Liaise professionally with staff, suppliers, business partners, and external parties to facilitate collaboration
  • Plan, post, and manage social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu to enhance online presence
  • Capture photos or videos and create simple social media content when required to support marketing efforts
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Perform other administrative and personal assistant duties as assigned to support business operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role to demonstrate relevant skills
  • Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Xiaohongshu to support content creation and engagement
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English to ensure effective communication
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva to efficiently produce documents and content
  • Ability to organize, take responsibility, and independently follow up on tasks to ensure completion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Trustworthiness and responsibility to handle sensitive information and tasks reliably
