Account Performance & Growth

• Monitor and analyze account performance across platforms
• Identify growth opportunities and implement action plans to achieve targets

Host Performance & Training

• Track host KPIs and identify gaps for improvement 
• Provide ongoing training, guidance, and feedback to enhance host delivery 

Monthly Business Review (MBR)

• Prepare and present MBR decks with key performance insights, learnings, and recommendations 
• Align with internal and external stakeholders on next steps 

Competitor Analysis

• Conduct regular checks on competitor strategies, pricing, and campaign tactics 
• Share relevant insights to inform client and internal strategies 

Commercial Promotion Planning

• Collaborate with brands to plan and execute commercial promotions 
• Ensure mechanics are aligned with platform requirements and brand goals 

Host Sourcing & Briefing

• Source suitable livestream hosts based on brand needs 
• Brief hosts on campaign mechanics, key messages, and performance expectations 

Data Verification for Billing

• Review and verify campaign and performance insights to support accurate billing 
• Work closely with finance or billing teams for alignment 

Data Extraction & Updates

• Extract, organize, and update relevant data for reporting and operational tracking 
• Maintain performance dashboards and trackers for internal use
