Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Management & Support

• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate customer profiles in our CRM system.
• Resolve basic client queries efficiently and escalate complex issues to senior team members.

1. Office Administration

• Organize, digitize, and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Help schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare agendas or meeting minutes.
• Assist with general daily operations, including managing incoming mail and office supply inventory.

1. Basic Accounting & Finance Support

• Assist with data entry into accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
• Help process vendor invoices, track receipts, and organize expense reports.
• Follow up politely on outstanding client invoices (accounts receivable support).
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports for the management team.
