Job Requirement

Key Requirements

• Diploma/bachelor's degree in 3D design, interior/spatial design, architecture, animation, or related fields.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling and visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender); posses fundamental knowledge of rendering plugins (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar).
• Basic 3D modelling skills (e.g., low-to-mid poly asset construction, basic UV/texturing) is required as a secondary skill set for occasional non-event project support.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) are an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of spatial composition, scale, and materiality for real-world event environments.
• Strong eye for design, detail, and visual storytelling.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Create and conceptualize 3D spatial designs and event visualizations under the guidance of a senior designer/supervisor, translating campaign concepts and floor plans into immersive 3D representations.
• Build detailed 3D models of event structures, booths, activations, and spatial layouts using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
• Apply materials, lighting, and rendering techniques to produce high-quality visualizations that communicate scale, mood, and experience to clients.
• Support video editing and motion content (walkthroughs, presentation reels) where required — an added advantage, not a core requirement.
• Occasionally support the team by constructing 3D assets and props for non-event projects, as assigned.
• Communicate regularly with the senior designer and project managers on task progress, revisions, and deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and approvals from supervisors to refine designs across iterations.
• Assist with other design or visualization tasks as assigned.
