Join a dynamic team where you'll play a vital role in streamlining HR processes and enhancing employee engagement. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to various facets of HR administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and the preparation of employment contracts.
  • Organize employee welfare and engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Administer government training grants and process absentee payroll claims.
  • Coordinate training needs, schedules, and vendor communication across teams.
  • Oversee foreign worker administration, including work passes, housing, and logistics.
  • Support HR initiatives and perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
