Responsibilities:

• Take charge of HR Administration.
• Assist in the full spectrum of HR Functions, including assisting in the company’s recruitment needs and manpower planning; training needs analysis, etc.
• Assist in payroll calculation.
• Creation of new staff, leaves administration, change of personal details etc.
• Prepare delivery orders for materials sent to the site
• Support Admin department in day-to-day transactions
• Perform basic data entry
• Perform mail distribution and maintain office equipment and supplies
• Answer Phone Calls
• Any other related duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Good in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum NITEC Graduate
• Experience in HR functions would be an added advantage.
• Must have comprehension of written or verbal graphic instructions.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Have problem-solving skills.
• Good team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to work under pressure with high initiative.
