Role Description

This role will assist the team in all Finance/Accounting Operations within the Company.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and month-end closing of Finance AR function including daily reconciliation

• Posting of AR receipts to S/4 HANA

• Provide statements of accounts to customers & relevant stakeholders

• Coordinate with the Sales team to monitor and follow up on outstanding collections and billing

• Prepare monthly audit schedules and support intercompany reconciliations

• Ensure proper documentation and filing for audit and compliance purposes

• Support finance-related projects, system implementations or testing when required

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA will be an added advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team and external stakeholders
