Sepenuh Masa Architecture Coordinator Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,500 in CHYE JOO CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Coordinator to join our project team, responsible for coordinating architectural design intent, drawings, and site execution across our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings against structural and M&E works to identify and resolve clashes before construction
• Manage RFIs to architects/consultants and track drawing revisions to ensure site works to the latest IFC drawings
• Produce/ Review shop drawings
• Plan and coordinate mock-up submissions for approval
• Conduct site inspections to verify that architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards
• Support authority submissions relating to architectural compliance
• Raise, track, and close out NCRs related to architectural workmanship
• Maintain ITPs and inspection checklists for allarchitectural work trades
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and the internal project team to resolve interface issues
• Support handover documentation, as-built drawings, and defect tracking during DLP

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• At least 5 years of proven track record in architectural coordination for infrastructure project
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD will be an advantage
• Good communication skills to liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-pacedsite environment
