Tanggungjawab

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee site coordination and execution for construction projects, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead site coordination and execution for construction projects.
  • Prepare submissions for shop drawings, materials, and method of statements.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external subcontractors to maintain quality and scope compliance.
  • Plan structural works and execute micro-scheduling across disciplines.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers as necessary.
  • Implement and monitor the quality control plan in collaboration with the Quality and Service Department.
  • Procure and monitor structure-related materials.
  • Verify variation orders and prepare back charges.
  • Attend subcontractor meetings to facilitate communication and project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) checklist.
  • Oversee that construction aligns with professional engineer design standards.
  • Responsible for all inspection activities related to the project.
  • Ensure work activities are conducted in a safe working environment.
  • Update structural progress using scheduling tools.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM).
  • Independent, diligent, and driven with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Relevant experience in site coordination and construction project management.
