Client is a leading provider of essential infrastructure services in Singapore, supporting residential, commercial, and industrial developments. They are seeking a Executive Assistant  to support application processing and customer coordination activities within their technical services team.

Location: Central

Duration: 12 months contract  + (2-3 month bonuses)

Salary: $2700 - $3000

Your new role

You will support the administration and processing of service applications, while working closely with customers, contractors, and industry stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

·      Process and administer applications in accordance with established procedures and service standards.

·      Process and administer utility service applications and related customer requests in accordance with established procedures and service standards.

·      Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, service levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

·      Respond to enquiries from customers and stakeholders through email, telephone, and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.

·      Coordinate and participate in stakeholder meetings to discuss project requirements, service applications, and issue resolution.
