Job Summary

You will manage purchasing and delivery coordination with vendors, maintain accurate supplier invoice records, verify financial amounts, organize documentation, and perform data entry using Excel and Word with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders and arrange timely delivery with vendors to ensure supply chain efficiency
• Verify and record all supplier invoices accurately in the system after thorough checking
• Check and tally invoice amounts to maintain financial accuracy and prevent discrepancies
• Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval and compliance
• Use Excel and Word proficiently to prepare and manage documents and reports
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records
• Work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks efficiently
