Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Ipoh. The Account Executive will manage and grow customer accounts, handle day-to-day client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders and deliveries. The role includes coordinating with internal teams such as sales, production, and finance to ensure accurate billing, timely fulfillment, and high customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will also monitor account performance, prepare regular sales and activity reports, support collection of payments, and assist with market feedback and basic sales forecasting. Participation in meetings, maintaining updated customer records, and adhering to company policies and compliance requirements are integral parts of the role.
Qualifications

• Strong account management capabilities, including relationship-building, customer service, and follow-up skills.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and collaborate across teams.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and order processing.
• Basic numerical and analytical abilities to prepare quotations, review invoices, and support sales performance tracking.
• Proficiency in common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and familiarity with CRM or sales systems is beneficial.
• Adaptability to work within manufacturing and property development environments; prior experience in these sectors is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Ipoh, meet deadlines, and handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
