Roles

Management

• To effectively manage daily operations of the clinic
• Monitor and ensure quality of service are kept and maintained within Company's directions
• Maintain a professional code of conduct as a supervisor and maintain discipline of the clinic assistant
• Ensure positive attitudes and positive environment for all staff
• Lead the team to align with company’s positive initiatives and values
• Work closely with the management

Hands-on

• Schedule monthly clinic assistant schedule
• Handle administrative duties including management of inventory, filing and tidying the clinic.
• Assisting doctors in medical procedures including minor surgery, laser, botox and fillers
• Clinic housekeeping
• Day to Day administrative duties of clinic including dispensing of medicine
• Inventory management
• Familiar with Medisave, CHAS and various Managed Health Care plans.
