Job Description
- Local experience in mechanical and electrical works
- Coordinate and oversee all M&E works to ensure timely completion, compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements and alignment with the project timeline
- Liaise with consultants and other trades to resolve any issues or challenges during the project.
- Manage M&E-related project documentation, including progress reports, submittals, and quality checklists.
- Site coordination meetings and provide detailed coordination with subcontractors.
- Able to prepare the quotation with pricing knowledge for tender.
- Preparing the quantity take off for the project and tender.
- Review M&E plans and prepare quantity needs. Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
- Preparing M&E shop drawing.
- Vet through the contract documents upon receive the confirmation.
- Preparing the running bills and submission to clients. Preparing the job cost report.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
- Assist in commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field at Singapore is required for this position.
- Good written communication skills
- Able to use AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently, multi-task hardworking
- Preferably able to commence within short notice
