Role Description This is an on-site IT Intern role based in Petaling Jaya. The intern will support the IT team with day-to-day activities such as basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, assisting with installation and configuration of systems, and monitoring system performance under guidance. Responsibilities may include documenting IT procedures, updating asset inventories, and helping maintain networks, workstations, and applications.
