Job Description:

• Work closely with the Technical Manager, Project Manager, and Engineer to deliver project within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare technical documentation, including detailed design document, deployment plan, migration plan, user manual, and customer workshop presentation.
• Design, implement, integrate, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure and Integrated Security System (ISS), including Access Control System (ACS) and Video Management System (VMS).
• Perform system installation, configuration, testing, commissioning (T&C), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deploy, administer, and support enterprise platform and technologies, including:
• Microsoft Windows Server
• Linux (Ubuntu)
• Active Directory (AD)
• Windows Server Failover Cluster (WSFC)
• Microsoft SQL Server Failover Cluster Instance, Always on High Availability
• Cisco and Alcatel-Lucent Networking
• Fortinet and PA firewalls
• Endpoint security solutions
• Conduct system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis across server, network, database, and security platform, while providing technical support throughout project implementation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.

Job Requirements

• :Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, IT Security, or equivalent
• .Proven experience in the deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of IT infrastructure and Integrated Security Systems
• .Strong technical expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, networking technology, firewall, and endpoint security solution
• .Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, vulnerability assessments, virtualization technologies, and high-availability solutions will be an added advantage
• .Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skill
• .Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment
