WE ARE HIRING – QUANTITY SURVEYOR ASSISTANT

Hamal Bina'in Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and dedicated Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our growing team.

• Position: Assistant Quantity Surveyor (QS)
• Employment Type:
• Full-Time
• Location: Seri Kembangan
• Salary: Salary: RM3,000 onwards (depending on experience).
• Key Responsibilities.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Measure quantities from drawings and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and maintain accurate cost records.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on cost-related matters.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all QS-related records.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Familiarity with QS software is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
