Job Overview

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in customer service, F&B, or sales are preferred. We are seeking a versatile candidate who enjoys communicating, good command in English and payroll skills who can communicate well. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations while effectively communicating with employees, management, payroll and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee payroll records, attendance, leave, overtime, and claims.
• Calculate salary adjustments, bonuses, deductions, and final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other payroll-related regulations).
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
• Coordinate with Finance and external payroll vendors when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
• Assist with other HR administrative and operational duties.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Fast learner, proactive, and willing to learn
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Outspoken and outgoing, enjoy interacting with people
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
