Kerja Sepenuh Masa Customer Service Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,200 di BG SAFETY SOLUTION SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Prepare proper quotations for PPE products and safe access system equipment.
• Liaise with procurement team for pricing updates and special requests.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all pending quotations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product details, certifications, and lead times.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, eg. safety officers and purchasing departments.
• Convert confirmed quotations into Sales Orders accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse for stock arrangement and delivery scheduling.
• Monitor order progress and proactively update customers.
• Handle customer complaints or order discrepancies professionally.
• Assist in marketing event and exhibitions.
• Perform any other relevant tasks that are needed as a team.
