Full Time Warehouse Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 12,000 in Eps Ventures Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, and shipping activities.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely receipt and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and production supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Coordinate closely with the Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality teams to support daily operations.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the warehouse team to achieve operational targets and maintain high performance.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and recommend improvements for storage efficiency.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare warehouse reports, inventory analysis, and operational KPIs for management review.
• Oversee the performance of warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and reduce operational costs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a warehouse team.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, material handling, and stock control procedures.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with FIFO, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and warehouse KPI management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the plastic injection moulding or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
