Job Description

Develop Training Materials
Create, maintain, and continuously enhance engaging training manuals, handouts, and instructional materials tailored to meet the learning needs of employees at all levels.

Deliver Training Programs
Conduct structured and interactive training sessions using a variety of learning approaches, including classroom, on-the-job, and one-to-one coaching, to maximize knowledge retention and performance.

Assess Training Needs
Identify skill gaps and evaluate employee competencies through regular assessments, then develop targeted training solutions to support continuous improvement.

Monitor Training Effectiveness
Track, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure learning objectives are achieved and contribute to overall organizational success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural working environment.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing effective learning and development programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for developing people.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
