Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the full spectrum of payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely monthly salary payments.
• Handle monthly payroll data entry, calculations, and updates including overtime, allowances, deductions, and claims.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB (LHDN), and ensure timely submission.
• Assist in attendance monitoring, leave records, and overtime verification.
• Support preparation of payroll reports and management summaries.
• Handle employee inquiries related to salary, claims, and payroll matters.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and letter preparation.
• Liaise with government agencies and external parties on payroll-related matters when required.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company HR policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the HR department or management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in payroll or HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Malaysian payroll processes, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
• Familiar with HR systems and Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight payroll deadlines.
• Experience with large workforce payroll (manufacturing environment) is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
