Job Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle payroll processing accurately and ensure timely monthly salary payments.
• Prepare and review payroll calculations including basic salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, and claims.
• Ensure accurate submission of statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB (LHDN).
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, attendance, leave, and overtime data in the HR system.
• Verify attendance and payroll inputs to ensure accuracy before payroll execution.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and management summaries for review.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, salary discrepancies, and statutory deductions.
• Assist in HR administrative functions such as documentation, filing, and employee records management.
• Liaise with government authorities and external parties on payroll-related matters when required.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and company HR policies.
• Support audits by providing payroll-related reports and documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the HR department or management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payroll, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll processes, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB requirements.
• Experience handling payroll for medium to large workforce is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HR/payroll systems.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
