Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility maintenance activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the company's buildings and infrastructure.
• Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works for building facilities, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building services.
• Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure work is carried out safely, on schedule, and in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct routine site inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure facilities are maintained in good working condition.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor the performance and quality of maintenance work and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, work orders, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to minimize operational disruptions during maintenance activities.
• Assist in emergency repairs and respond promptly to facility-related issues.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in facility or building maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians and external contractors is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of building maintenance systems, M&E services, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Familiar with workplace safety practices and facility maintenance procedures.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
