Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quality Engineer (Customer), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di CTI International (M) Johor - Maukerja

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reports to Sr. Quality Manager on Quality Assurance related tasks.
• Lead in interfacing with customers/new customers on the requirements (LAIR, P2P, POR Audits/Approval and closure on Customer Quality Issues).
• Managing compliance and quality assurance with the customer and internal team.
• Communicate with the team on any inspection and technical issues resolution.
• Assist the Quality Manager on the effective implementation of Quality Management System.
• Communicate and lead companywide drive for quality excellence.
• Lead a team on the QA planning and effective implementation thru robust analysis of process, product and manpower capability.
• Ad hoc jobs assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years and above experience as QA or QC and CQE is preferred
• CMM hand-on experience in inspection (Calypso Software) is an advantage
• Strong Customer Quality Engineering experience is an advantage
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Have experience in leading a team of Quality personnel and handling people
• Strong leadership skill is a must
• Strong organization and analytical skills
