Full Time ASSISTANT MARITIME Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Atifa Towage And Transport Melaka - Maukerja

What You’ll Be Doing

• You will assist in coordinating and supporting daily maritime operations to ensure smooth and efficient vessel activities.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining shipping documents, operational records, and other related documentation.
• Liaise with vessel crews, port authorities, shipping agents, clients, and other stakeholders regarding operational matters.
• Monitor vessel schedules, arrivals, departures, and operational updates, ensuring timely communication with the operations team.
• Support the planning and coordination of vessel operations to ensure compliance with company procedures and maritime regulations.
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and perform general administrative duties related to maritime operations.
• Provide support to the Operations Department and carry out other duties assigned by management when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Shipping Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of maritime operations, shipping documentation, and port procedures will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational tasks efficiently.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
