We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and E-Commerce Specialist to support the daily operations of a growing collectibles and retail business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working with online marketplaces.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing online product listings, supporting office administration, and providing occasional assistance at the retail outlet when required.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce & Marketplace Support

• Create and manage product listings on eBay and other online sales platforms.
• Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and relevant item information.
• Ensure listing accuracy and maintain high-quality product presentation.
• Assist with inventory tracking and item cataloguing.
• Support order fulfilment and shipping administration as required.

Administrative Support

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
• Maintain records, filing systems, and operational documentation.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and inventory-related administration.
• Coordinate day-to-day office administrative activities.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and operational tasks assigned by management.

Retail Outlet Support

• Provide occasional assistance at the retail outlet when required.
• Attend to basic customer enquiries and walk-in visitors.
• Ensure the outlet remains presentable and operational during staff absences.
• Support retail-related administrative and inventory activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, retail operations, or customer service.
• Experience with eBay or online marketplace platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Comfortable working with inventory, product listings, and operational processes.
