Job Purpose

Act as the lead for driving technology, digital products, and innovation ideas that focuses in enriching customer experience and initiatives within Prasarana. Responsible for end to end curation and implementation of ideas, technology and products.

Key Accountabilities

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology and digital innovation, particularly in the realm of customer experience and digital transformation.
• Lead the curation of requirements for mobile apps, channels and emerging technologies.
• Design and drive implementation of new features and projects.
• Drive and facilitate Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in accordance with the company's innovation strategy, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential areas for innovation within the organization.
• Support the establishment and management of new tech/products, fostering a creative and collaborative environment for generating and implementing innovative ideas.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders, effectively communicating the benefits and potential impact of proposed innovations.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by organizing workshops, training sessions, and brainstorming activities to encourage creative thinking and problem-solving.
• Work closely with the leadership team to align innovation initiatives with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with external partners, including startups, industry experts, and research institutions, to explore potential collaboration opportunities and stay at the forefront of industry developments.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

• Minimum Bachelor of Information Systems, Engineering, Digital, Technology or an equivalent.
• Minimum ten (10) years of working experience, with at least five (5) years in IT and/or Technology with experience in app web development, product / project management.
• Product prioritization or pipeline management.
• Digital product and channel literacy.
