Our client, a well-established global organisation, is looking for a hands-on Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer to join its regional infrastructure team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly available enterprise environment, supporting modern Microsoft technologies, virtualisation, cloud platforms, automation, and security.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, implement and support enterprise infrastructure across Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Manage and administer core Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, File Services and SQL Server.
  • Support virtualisation platforms including VMware vSphere, Horizon VDI and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Endpoint Manager, Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender.
  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions using Rubrik.
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements.
  • Ensure infrastructure meets security standards, compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge articles.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, application, cybersecurity and business teams on projects and system enhancements.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting critical production environments.


Requirements


  • At least 3 years of experience in an enterprise infrastructure or systems engineering role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Windows Server (2019/2022)
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Defender
  • VMware vSphere
  • Azure Virtual Desktop
  • VMware Horizon VDI
  • Experience with backup technologies such as Rubrik.
  • Strong scripting and automation experience using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
