Key Skills & Responsibilities

·        Develop and present interior design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visuals for high-end residential projects.

·        Prepare drawings, tender packages, specifications, and detailed documentation (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape) to support design and project delivery.

·        Select and specify materials, finishes, and furniture to create cohesive, functional, and aesthetically refined design schemes.

·        Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent is achieved.

·        Participate in client meetings, site visits, and technical coordination, providing design and technical input throughout the project.

·        Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating fresh ideas and innovation into design work.

What We’re Looking For

·        Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape (or equivalent).

·        Minimum 1-2 years of interior design and project experience for high-end residential houses, residential, showflat interior design projects

·        Strong English oral and written communication skills

·        Able to work effectively and independently.

·        Multitask; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

·        Meticulous; able to create accurate and detailed design specifications.

·        Proficient with interior design detailing and crafting beautiful spaces

·        Good teamwork skills.

·        Passionate about learning and growing in a boutique design environment.
