Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting revenue growth in Petaling Jaya. This on-site contract role involves conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and participating in client meetings and presentations. The position includes maintaining and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients, coordinating with internal technical and project teams, and ensuring that client needs and expectations are clearly communicated. The Business Development Executive will also monitor competitive activities, support contract negotiations, and report regularly on business development activities and performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to proactively identify and secure new opportunities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to oversee client relationships and support ongoing projects and contracts.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in engineering, construction, HVAC, or related technical industries, with an understanding of thermal or building systems.
• Candidates should have strong analytical and negotiation abilities, proficiency in basic office and CRM software, and the capacity to work independently on-site in Petaling Jaya.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in business development or sales, would be beneficial.
