Job Summary

You will support daily depot operations by managing container repair estimates, maintaining accurate movement reports, and responding promptly to customer orders and inquiries to ensure smooth logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily depot operations to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery
• Maintain and update daily movement reports accurately to track container activities
• Prepare and raise repair cost estimates for containers to support client requests
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer orders and inquiries to maintain satisfaction
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Depot Manager to support depot functions

Required competencies and certifications

• GCE 'O' level qualification or higher, as stated in job requirements
• Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in depot or logistics operations
• Attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset to ensure accuracy and problem-solving

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8am – 5pm
• Saturday: 8am – 12pm
