Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Associate role based in Singapore. The Associate will support financial advisers by assisting with client onboarding, document preparation, and the coordination of client meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, compiling basic financial information, and helping prepare presentations and reports. The role also involves responding to client inquiries, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery, and supporting administrative and compliance-related tasks. The Associate will be expected to follow established procedures, uphold data protection standards, and contribute to a professional and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, time management, and accurate documentation handling.
  • Comfort with technology and basic digital tools, such as office productivity software, CRM systems, and secure data handling practices.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to support basic financial analysis, prepare reports, and assist advisers in evaluating client needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment, demonstrating reliability, integrity, and respect for confidentiality.
  • Prior experience in financial services, customer-facing roles, or administrative support is beneficial.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in finance, business, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience may be considered.
