Sepenuh Masa Admin (Machine Maintenance) Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,300 in TOPAZ JAYA SDN BHD Semenyih - Maukerja

• Receive and log maintenance requests/complaints via ticket/form/WhatsApp/email, and track job status.
• Schedule technicians/contractors, coordinate site access (keys/permits/site contact), and follow up until completion; update requesters on progress/status.
• Update and maintain daily machinery records, including diesel usage, machine condition, and daily machine list (lorry, excavator, backhoe).
• Liaise with foremen and site teams to plan, monitor, and update the maintenance schedule for all machinery.
• Coordinate and arrange PUSPAKOM inspections (booking, documentation, and site scheduling).
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), coordinate quotations/invoices where required, and arrange payment processing with Finance.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for work orders, service reports, inspections, and maintenance records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
