Receptionist – Job Scope

• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage meeting room bookings.
• Assist in handling inquiries and providing information to visitors and customers.
• Maintain records, files, and office documents.
• Perform data entry and update company databases when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding visitors and appointments.
• Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment when necessary.
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and preparing documents.
• Handle emails and correspondence professionally.
• Support management and staff with general administrative duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements (Optional)

• Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
