Tanggungjawab

Job Descriptions: -

  • Check and verify employee attendance records, overtime, and leave submissions
  • Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring attendance and data accuracy
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR documentation
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding documentation (e.g. form preparation, file updates)
  • Manage office stationery stock, ordering, and distribution
  • Assist in renewal of company licenses, permits, and related compliance documents
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related information and updates
  • Support any ad-hoc HR or admin tasks assigned by management

Work Requirements: -

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in HR, Business Admin or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Responsible and able to handle confidential information
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Have own transport

Work Location: -

  • Johor Jaya, Johor Bahru
