Tanggungjawab
1.1 General
- To receive raw material from vendor and ensure physical parts received are as per delivery order in terms of part number, description and quantity.
- To refer to Buyer if any discrepancy found during verification of raw material.
- To receive semi-finished goods and finished goods product after inspection by QA personnel.
- To only accept semi-finished goods and finished goods product after ensuring correct and complete labeling, item description and quantity and in good and proper packing condition.
- To refer back to QA personnel if any discrepancy and non-conformance found.
- To move safely accepted raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods inventories to the correct location at the store.
- To assist Accounts Personnel in the updating of inventory movement to stock ledger.
- To ensure only authorized personnel is allowed to enter the store area.
- To only issue material to requestor based on authorized requisition.
- To assist in periodical cycle count and physical inventory count.
- To ensure compliant to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- To comply Company 5S Implementation.
- To carry out any other duties that may be delegated from supervisor or the Management from time to time.
1.2 Liaison with other Departments
- Checks availability of inventories for Production department, Sales & Marketing department and Planning department.
- Notifies QA Personnel for any non-conformance found and potential obsolescence.
- Works with Accounts Personnel for physical control improvement and notifies for any stock loss during routine cycle count activities.
1.3 Work Environment
- To ensure the work place is clean and tidy at all times and to adhere to all the Company’s rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum equivalent to SPM or higher.
- At least 1-2 years' experience in related field.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
