IHP is offering Graduate Trainee Program to all final year students that requires to undergo internship.

We offer opportunity to learn and develop in respective area of studies.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple database processing & system administrations.
  • Coordinating with IT department in resolving issues in systems.
  • New client account and benefits setup.
  • Ensure all membership(s), endorsement & benefits movement are timely and accurately maintained in our core member system within agreed Turn-around time (TAT).
  • Timely acknowledgement to our client(s) email on membership(s), endorsement & benefits movement.
  • Generating reporting for internal & external stakeholders.
  • Handle phone/email queries from clients and able to provide clear and effective solutions.
  • Support administrative works such as filling, copying, distributing, scanning, collates general information etc.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • Internship duration(s): 3 months or above.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
