Tanggungjawab

  • Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, draft reports, and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Day-to-Day Logistics: Coordinate office supplies, manage inventory, and handle equipment maintenance requests.
  • Process Optimization: Assist management in implementing new policies and identifying bottlenecks to improve overall productivity.
  • Vendor & Customer Relations: Act as a liaison for suppliers and resolve client inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, corporate events, and travel arrangements for the operations team.
  • Organization & Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-departmental coordination.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive critical thinking to quickly resolve operational disruptions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with office software

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
