Kerja Sepenuh Masa Outlet Supervisor - Sunway Pyramid, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di GRATZELS (M) SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibility

• Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service flow, operational efficiency, and compliance with Gratzels standards.
• Need to be hands-on in pretzel production when necessary.
• Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served according to standard recipes, quality standards, and food safety requirements.
• Actively lead and monitor upselling and promotion execution to drive outlet sales and average transaction value.
• Oversee outlet cash handling, POS accuracy, daily sales reporting, and cash reconciliation in accordance with Company policies.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, SOPs, hygiene standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Execute all outlet-related tasks, reports, and initiatives as assigned by management or Head Office.
• Participate in staff recruitment activities, including interviewing and providing recommendations based on assessment results.
• Monitor stock levels, verify stock count submissions from senior staff, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules, ensuring sufficient manpower coverage, fair shift allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Handle outlet staffing matters, including attendance monitoring, staff discipline, counselling, and performance reviews.

Requirement

• Education: Minimum SKM Level 2 / Diploma in any hospitality related courses
• Experience: At least 3 years experience work in a F&B retail industry.
• Experience or training in baking will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
