What You'll Do 

• Run discovery calls with AU/NZ/UK/US prospects — qualify, uncover pain, match to service 
• Prepare proposals and pricing breakdowns using our internal pricing guide 
• Handle objections on price, outcomes, and competitive comparisons 
• Close deals — follow up consistently until a decision is made 
• Log all activity in CRM; maintain clean pipeline data 
• Feed objection intel and market signals back to the team 

What We're Looking For 

• 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, tech, or HR/recruitment 
• Proven track record closing deals with SME or mid-market buyers 
• Excellent spoken and written English — client-facing communication is everything 
• Comfortable selling intangibles (services, outcomes, not physical products) 
• Self-managed — you can own a pipeline without constant oversight 
• Based in Malaysia; KL or remote within MY considered

We help growth-stage companies in Australia, the US, the UK, and Canada build offshore teams across Southeast Asia and deploy autonomous AI agents — without the compliance headache. We're a small, fast-moving team and every hire matters. 

The Role 

We're hiring a B2B Closer who can take warm and cold-pipeline leads to signed contracts. You'll own the final stages of the sales process — discovery calls, proposals, pricing conversations, and closing — across our two service lines: HR & Employer of Record, and AI Infrastructure. 

This is a solo closer role to start. You'll work closely with the GM and founders. When leads start coming in from the Philippines-based outreach team, you're the one who converts them.
