Job Description

• Promote and sell the company's manufactured products to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with customers.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with the production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings when required.

Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management systems.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for customer visits, if required.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
