An established engineering solutions provider is looking for a Service Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of critical power systems across customer sites.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and upgrading of power backup systems and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
• Respond to service requests and provide on-site technical support to customers.
• Interpret electrical drawings, including Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), to support installation and maintenance activities.
• Conduct repair and rectification works for electrical and power systems.
• Prepare service reports, quotations, and technical documentation where required.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Participate in standby or emergency support duties when required.

Requirements:

• ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS or critical power systems.
• Able to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Possession of a Class 3 Driving Licence will be an advantage.
