Job Summary:

The Storekeeper supports warehouse operations by managing the receiving, storage, picking, and issuance of inventory to ensure accurate stock control and smooth material flow. This role is responsible for verifying incoming goods, maintaining proper labelling and storage practices, and preparing materials for production or delivery in accordance with warehouse procedures. The Storekeeper also assists in cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and safe material handling while maintaining 5S and safety standards. This role ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal warehouse processes and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Forklift operation certification or experience in material handling equipment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Label, store, and organize inventory in designated bin locations according to warehouse procedures.
• Perform picking, kitting, and staging of materials to support production and delivery requirements.
• Prepare and pack materials or spare parts for dispatch in accordance with packing standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, storage practices, and 5S standards within the warehouse.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist in stocktake activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support internal stock transfers, material returns, and loading/unloading activities.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues to the supervisor for timely resolution.
• Participate in warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and operational performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
