## Human Resources Assistant



**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in delivering efficient HR operations and services. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and maintaining accurate employee records whilst ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations.



**Job Description**

• Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programmes, ensuring new hires complete necessary documentation and understand company policies

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

• Support HR initiatives including training coordination, employee engagement activities, and performance management processes



**Job Requirements**

• Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

• 1-2 years of relevant HR experience; fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations is advantageous
