Community Pharmacist | Kota Tinggi, Johor

MYFutureJobs are currently assisting Farmasi Al Arif Sdn. Bhd. in seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Community Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations while delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care to the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice on medications, supplements, and health products to customers.
• Review and dispense prescriptions accurately while ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines.
• Ensure full compliance with pharmacy regulations, laws, and company SOPs.
• Manage medicine and health product inventory, including stock monitoring, expiry management, and proper storage.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to maintain efficient and high-quality services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support branch sales performance.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Pharmacy Assistants and pharmacy support staff.
• Support health campaigns, promotional activities, and customer education programs.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid and active ARC Pharmacist Certificate.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Willing to work on shift schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sales and customer engagement capabilities.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage pharmacy operations and team members.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: RM5,500 – RM7,000 (subject to qualifications and experience)
