Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Banking Litigation Clerk to support our legal and recovery team in handling banking-related litigation matters. The ideal candidate will assist with court documentation, case management, and debt recovery files, and liaison with solicitors, courts, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and manage cause papers
• Monitor court dates, deadlines, and legal correspondence.
• Liaise with external solicitors, court officers.
• Maintain accurate records of legal files and case updates.
• Draft standard letters, notices, and legal documentation.
• Assist in debt recovery and enforcement proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Update litigation status reports and maintain tracking systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in banking litigation.
• Familiarity with court procedures and legal documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
• Able to start immediately is an advantage

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
